Finally the weather is getting warm in NYC and we can start to wear clothes meant for the month of June. Getting into the mood for Summer I decided to do an article on Cousin Sandals. The company was started by real-life cousins Arden and Jessie. Both of these ladies are in the arts with Arden working as a contemporary art curator and Jessie as a visual artist. Vintage shoe designs from the late 70s and early 80s serves as an inspiration for the label and each style is currently produced in León, Mexico.
Any of these sandals are the perfect accessory for any music festival or beach vacation outfit. If you happen to be in New York tomorrow or next Saturday Cousin Sandals are having pop-up parties at Malia Mills shops. Tomorrow’s party will be held at 1015 Lexington Ave at 73rd Street from 1pm-5pm and the location for the June 17th event is 55 main st. East Hampton, NY 11937. from 1pm-5pm also.
