Rubeus Milano which in latin stands for Ruby Milan was started in 2013 by Natalia Bondarenko. Bondarenko graduated with a Master’s degree from the Florence Design Academy. Natalia’s initial desire in starting the label came from the need to create handbags that are works of art that would be passed down from generation to generation. In order to do this Rubeus Milano’s bags are all handmade from the finest luxury materials available.
In 2015 Rubeus Milano started a footwear collection headed by Riccardo Polidoro who previously worked with Roberto Cavalli and Giambattista Valli. Just like the bags the shoes are a beauty to behold made out of the finest materials and with stringent production standards. The Rubeus Milano Fall 2017 collection will be available in late September from Moda Operandi and without further adieu here are my favorite styles:
