Tanya Heath Paris is a unique shoe label that offers its customers the ability to customize their shoes via interchangeable heels. The label was started by Canadian Tanya Heath who studied International Relations and Business in Canada and France. Tanya was always a lover of fashion especially shoes and was frustrated by not being able to find comfortable shoes. Another frustration for Tanya Heath was the need to store extra shoes in her office and to carry for different events, travel engagements and outfits. Finding a solution to the problem inspired Mrs. Heath to quit her job in 2009 in order to create her ideal shoe.
To build this ideal shoe took 3 years of research and development, working with over 14 multi-disciplinary engineers and 6 different shoe designers/technicians to create her adjustable height shoes. By clicking a button a wearer of a Tanya Heath Paris shoe can change her heel into a stiletto, block heel or kitten one. In addition, each shoe is made in a company owned factory in Torfou, France from leathers bred from animals who are used for livestock and not just for their skins.
With a imaginative mind to guide you there is no limit to the shoe styles that you can create and Tanya Heath Paris offers that to you. Here are some shoes from the collection:
